William “Will” Fleming, affectionately known to family and friends as “Will,” was born on September 17, 1973, in Newark, New Jersey. On Saturday, October 4, 2025, William peacefully departed this life, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and creativity that will live on through all who knew him.
William attended William Allen High School in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where his natural talent for art began to shine. From a young age, he possessed a remarkable gift—the ability to draw anything he saw and turn it into something beautiful. His creative spirit and determination led him to establish Incarcerated Artist, a business born from his journey, resilience, and faith in second chances. Through this vision, he created Dutch Brand Clothing, a clothing line inspired by his beloved pit bull and fueled by his passion for art and self-expression. Each design carried a story, blending style and meaning in ways that reflected William’s bold creativity and heart.
An Artist's Legacy
William’s artistry gained attention beyond his immediate community. He was featured at an exposé in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where his creativity and talent were celebrated for their uniqueness and depth. His remarkable ability to paint people’s portraits and likenesses on shirts and clothing stood out, earning him recognition from both art enthusiasts and the local media. His work was even featured on local news, showcasing the extraordinary skill and vision that made his art and fashion unforgettable.
A Devoted Family Man
William was a family man who built a loving life with his fiancée, Amy Richard. The two shared their home in Emmaus, Pennsylvania, where William continued to create, inspire, and build his dream of a bright future with the woman he loved. Though his creative success found recognition in nearby Allentown, it was in Emmaus where he found peace, family, and love.
William’s art and warm spirit made him beloved and well-known throughout his community. He was more than an artist—he was a light. Always smiling, joking, and bringing people together, he had a gift for lifting others’ spirits, even in difficult times. His love for family was unwavering, and his protective heart and joyful laughter will be remembered forever.
William was well loved in his community—respected, admired, and appreciated by all who knew him. His kindness, creativity, and sincerity left a lasting impression on everyone he met. People gravitated toward his energy, and he was cherished not only for his talent but for his heart.
