Sarah L Cheeseboro

Sarah Lee Johnson was born on Januaray 16th 1937 to Otis Johnson Sr. and Cathie Bell Johnson in Selma Alabama.

In 1967 Sarah moved to Manhattan New York to raise her family. In 1971 she met Fred Cheeseboro they fell in love and were married in 1972.  Later that year they moved to Elloree South Carolina. they lived there for several years. After the passing of Fred Cheeseboro, Sarah deccided to move to Brooklyn New York. She left Brooklyn NY In 2013 and decided  to move to Allentown PA.

Sarah was kind hearted, friendly and loved to laugh and had a beautiful smile. She loved to  tell jokes, play Bingo and loved music. Her favorite artist was James Brown.

Several years later Sarah became ill with Dementia and on November 12th 2021 Sarah was called home.

Sarah is survivied by her two brothers Thomas Johnson, Johnny Johnson and sister Cathie Bell Johnson and her children Mary Lee Johnson, Earnest Johnson, Annie Mae  Johnson, Grace Johnson, Auburn Johnson, Clark Johnson, Fred Johnson, Constance Johnson, Harry Cheeseboro and Helen Cheeseboro. She has 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday at 12:30PM in the Funeral Home.
