Rolando Thousand, 63, of Hazelton, PA passed away April 15, 2023 at Lehigh Valley Health Network-Main Campus. Born on October 3, 1959 in Costa Rica he was the son of Hubert Alexander Thousand Mc Low and Rebeca Davis Davis.
