Robert Proctor graduated from Lincoln University with a Masters degree in Human Services.Robert acquired many certification CACD,CRS and was a notary, DNA counselor and also a toast master just to name a few. Robert's career began at the Keenan house. Penn Foundation was another path Robert took. Robert then moved forward and work at a veterans program as a program coordinator in Kentucky before ending his career at Pyramid Pittsburgh, as a supervisor. Robert liked to say that he was in the business of saving lives. Roberts life was changed when he discovered an anonymous program which brought him back to God. This program was Robert's life passion. He is survived by his wife Deneen Proctor; Sons Robert Proctor, Tyrone Davis, Johnathan Proctor, Donald Langley, Steven Langley, and Roman Proctor; Daughters Damikia Jones, and Lakeysha Yamro, as well as a hosts of grand children, nieces and nephews. He also is survived by his sisters Ester ,Roeshell, Carolyn,
Bernice and Elizabeth, and brothers: Aaron, David, and willie.

Father, words can not express how I am feeling right now. All I can do is thank my Heavenly Father for being an on time God. I’m glad I was there with u and my family during your last day’s
I won’t be selfish cause in my heart I’m wishing I would have had more time with you but I’m glad that you are not here suffering any longer

My husband best friend and mentor. My life will never be the same without u. In life I loved u dearly in death I love u still.In my heart I hold a place that only u can fill. It broke my heart to lose u but u didn't go alone. Apart of me went with u the day GOD took u home
