Luis Arbelo, 69, of East Stroudsburg, PA passed away March 8, 2025 in Lehigh Valley Health Network-Pocono Campus. Born in Puerto Rico on September 15, 1955 he was the son of Martin Arbelo Soberal and Elizabeth Arroyo Rivera.
Local Services are with immediate family only. Mr. Arbelo will return to his native homeland of Puerto Rico for Viewing and Funeral Services. Interment will take place in New Cemetery of Barceloneta-Puerto Rico.
