Lenwood Hueston In Our Care

Lenwood Howard Hueston entered this world on September 20, 1959 at Muhlenberg Hospital in Plainfield, NJ to the proud parents of Mary and Lenwood Hueston, Sr. He graduated from Plainfield High School in 1978. He would later join the Army and serve for a 3-year term before returning to the Plainfield community.

Lenwood was employed by various companies such as Essex County College, John Runnels Hospital, and J.H. Berg before settling down at Cintas for 18 years. His hard work, integrity, and personality earned him many rewards during his career. His willingness to always go the extra mile for a job well-done will never be forgotten.

Lenwood retired from Cintas in 2017 and would later move and spend the remainder of his earthly life in Phillipsburg, NJ. He embraced a life rich with simple, yet profound pleasures. He found joy in home-cooked meals, cheering passionately for the Miami Dolphins during football season, and the Detroit Pistons during basketball season. He was also an avid fan of college football. He delighted in trying his luck with the daily lottery tickets, listening to his favorite R&B music, and indulging in the nostalgic comfort of his cherished childhood TV shows. Above all, he treasured the heartfelt and memorable telephone conversations he shared with his family and friends. His home was always filled with laughter, warmth, and love.

Lenwood's legacy is one of unwavering love, loyalty, kindness, and dedication.

He was predeceased by his beloved parents, Mary C. Hueston, Lenwood H. Hueston, Sr, and his stepson, Jody Stewart.

He leaves behind to mourn his devoted wife of 35 years, Terri L. Hueston; his caring sister, Deborah L. Phelps & husband, Larry Phelps, his loving brother, Darryl H. Hueston and faithful cousin, Jeffrey E. Harvey. He is also survived by his adoring nieces Nicole Phelps, Tiana Hueston, and Saniyah Phelps; nephews, Darnell Phelps, Darelle Hueston, Jeremiah Smith, Amari Phelps, Xavier Phelps, Liam Hueston, Landon Hueston; Grandson, Anthony Stewart, and a host of cousins, many other relatives, and friends who were touched by his kindness and generosity.
