Jacqueline Breeland In Our Care

In Loving Memory of Jacqueline Bernette Breeland (Klotz)

July 14, 1970 – July 11, 2025

Jacqueline Bernette Breeland, lovingly known as Jackie, age 54 of Mahanoy City, PA, passed away on July 11, 2025, in Belvidere, NJ.

Jackie was a devoted mother, cherished wife, beloved sister, and loyal friend. Her life was a testament to compassion, strength, and unwavering love. Known for her generous spirit, Jackie was always there for others in their time of need. Her heart was open to all, and her presence brought comfort and light to those around her. Jackie’s greatest joy in life was being a mother. Her second greatest joy was a Pepsi! We can always count on Jackie to enter a room with her infectious laughter and a bottle of Pepsi. She poured her heart into raising her children, who were the center of her world.  Outside of her, having such a big heart, we can also count on her being the life of the party. Inviting Jackie to a celebration with a celebration in itself. You can count on her two hands reaching out for you to come join her and her favorite thing to do which was dancing. Doesn’t matter what the celebration was. She was going to remind you of her age and that she can drop it like it’s hot! No matter how small the joke was you can always count on Jackie’s infectiously leaving you no choice, but to join in and laugh with her. Jackie was passionate about everything in life especially when it came to that burgundy lipstick. She loved her husband dearly and she loved her children so much more. Her love, guidance, and strength will forever live on in them.

She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Breeland, and her children: Ukeen Riddick, Naheem Riddick, Raheem Riddick, Hasheem Klotz, Jazain Jourdain, Justice Jourdain, Jaylein Jourdain, Tykeem Jourdain, and Serenity Breeland. She is also survived by her sisters, Brianna Echevarria, Crystal Washington, Lashawn Klotz, Jessie Duarte and brothers. Jasper Pitts, Chris Watkins, Johnny Bracket, Justin Duarte, Noel Duarte. Her beloved mother, Rosanna May Smith; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Jackie was preceded in death by her father, James Lee Brackett.
