Georgia Williams In Our Care

Born on April 8, 1961 in Belize, Central America. Georgia Waite was the fifth blessing- created by her loving parents Mavis and George Waite. People would describe her as Beautiful, Smart, Funny, Kind, Generous, Warm, Dramatic, Honest, Engaging, Compassionate, Daring, Tough, Gentle, Pampered, Strong, Confident Thoughtful, Giving, Loving, Lucky, blessed, fair, open minded, courageous, bold, flirtatious and witty, which are just a few of the many qualities, traits and characteristics that capture the essence of this wonderful human being.

In a family of stars, she created her own universe to shine in. She had a big personality and was always full of life. So much, that she was given the nickname “Big Time” by her grandfather, Mr. George Osling. She was told by him; that she would do great things with her life. And she did!

Raised in the borough of the Bronx, Georgia attended the elementary and middle schools in the shadow of Yankee Stadium and graduated from Manhattan's High School of Fashion Industries. And just like the iconic Yankees, Georgia made and left her mark on those who loved and knew her. She was small in stature, and big in personality. Her fun loving kind and inviting spirit made her a magnet for friendships that endured for years. The most endearing and valuable friendships she formed was with her family. Georgia had a unique and meaningful relationship with each of her loved ones. Georgia had the unique knack to create conversations that provoked self- reflection, honesty and soul searching discussions. After a chat with Georgia, you gained a better understanding of you (self) and her.

Love was at the center of everything Georgia did. During her life, Georgia loved deeply and from her marriage to Ronald the heart and soul of Georgia was created better known as Geron and Chloe Williams. Georgia considers her children, her greatest and most prized possessions. Georgia is the mother, confidant and conscious to her two children. She loved and nurtured her children with an abundance of tender loving care. Geron and Chloe are the primary and greatest recipients of her loved character.

Georgia received a second chance at love with great late Mr. Eric Johnson, “Bulldog” as most would call him. Georgia fell madly in love with Eric. He was a breath of fresh air for her. He was her soulmate. Not only did he accept her, flaws and all, he also accepted her two children as his own and she both admired and appreciated him for that! Eric and Georgia were inseparable. They travelled parts of the world together, they laughed, cried, and built a beautiful life and everlasting friendship.

Later in life, health issues afflicted her but it did not stop her zest for life. She continued to be filled with vigor and hope for the future. As the challenges of her health increased, so did her determination to path new happiness and joy in life. Together, with her lifelong partner Eric Johsnon, Georgia demonstrated that life is what you make of it, not what it makes of you. Her steadfast ability to smile when things looked gloomy turned a life some would pity into one that was envied.  Sadly, due to health issues of his own, Eric “BullDog” Johnson passed away on March 1st, 2020.

Georgia has joined her father, George and partner in life, Eric in eternity. Her legacy of generosity, bravery and strength will forever be admired and treasured by her family. Left to mourn her, is her mother Mavis; her children Geron and Chloe and grandchildren Jordan, Channing, Shaun, Cezzane, Cree and Chloe, and DakotaRaine; siblings, Brenda, Jennifer, Mercelena, Pamela, George, Jacqueline and host of other family members and friends.
