Santiago V. Baez, 51, of Allentown, Pennsylvania passed away July 19, 2017 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. Born in the Dominican Republic on September 10, 1965 he was the son of Senona Peralta and the Late Pablo Baez.

Viewing and Prayer Services will be held from 5-9PM in the funeral home.

Mr. Baez will return to his native homeland of the Dominican Republic for continued services. Burial will take place after services in Cementerio Municipal-Santiago, Dominican Republic.
