Roy Joseph Klucsarics, 59, of Whitehall, PA passed away April 24, 2019 while in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the loving husband of Kathleen Smith Klucsarics at home. Born in Passaic, NJ on February 20, 1960 he was the son of Joseph and Marie Klucsarics.
