Elder Phillip E. Brown, 55, of Whitehall, Pennsylvania passed into the presence of the Lord on Monday July 10, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. Born on January 13, 1962 in St. Louis, MO he was the loving son of the Late Robert Brown and Annie (Stanfield). He was the loving husband to Venetta (Jackson) Brown since 2009. Phillip proudly served his country in the United States Navy, during this time he was awarded the "First Good Conduct Medal, Navy Base Unit Commendation, the Navy "E" Ribbon and the Meritorious Unit Commendation. He was a member and Elder at Full Effect Gospel Ministries in Allentown.

He is survived by his Wife Venetta, Daughter Gabrielle Mbodji, Step Children; Devin "Dee Dee" Thomas, Michael Staffney, Siblings, Brenda Thomas, Sharon Jones and Vanessa Brown, 5 Grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. He was preceded in Death by his Parents and a Brother Robert Brown.

Homegoing Services will take place on Thursday at 7PM in Full Effect Gospel Ministries 635 W. Turner Street, Allentown, PA 18102 under the direction of Bishop Archie L. McInnis, II. Viewing begins at 5PM in the Church.

Interment with full Military Honors will take place on Monday at 10:30AM in Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Indiantown Gap Road, Annville, PA 17003.
