Hortense M. Lewis, 68, of Bethlehem, PA passed away June 4, 2018 at St. Lukes University Hospital-Anderson Campus.

Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday June 13, 2018 in Restoration Temple 527 N. St. Lucas Street Allentown, PA 18104 at 11:30AM. Viewing will begin at 10AM. Interment will follow services in Greenwood Cemetery.
